Appraisal Continuing Education Courses in the Classroom- MidState Appraisal Training School CT

All On-Site Classes are held at 274 Ward Street, Wallingford, CT 06492.
Our facility is spacious, air conditioned, and is easily accessible
from major highways in CT.

Every two years, Appraisers are required to complete 28 hours of coursework in order to maintain their license.

Seven (7) of those hours are for the USPAP update course
3 hours for the Mandatory CT Law Update course
The final 18 hours for electives you can take online or on-site.

Now you can take all but the 3-hr CT Law update course online.

Our online appraisal courses save you the trip to a classroom for the same great price! All online courses are state-approved by the CT Department of Consumer Protection.
