Every two years, Appraisers are required to complete 28 hours of coursework in order to maintain their license.

  • Seven (7) of those hours are for the USPAP update course
  • 3 hours for the Mandatory CT Law Update course
  • The final 18 hours for electives you can take online or on-site.

National USPAP 7-hr Course:

 

Cost for course: $249

Time: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Includes both 2008 USPAP book AND student manual. The Appraisal Foundation REQUIRES both of these texts for the 7-hour update course!

CT Appraisal Law Update - 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
